Includes scenes from 26 different cartoons made in the 1940s for the Army Signal Corps by some of the greatest animators of all-time: Chuck Jones, Frank Tashlin, Fritz Freleng, even Theodore Geisl (aka, Dr. Seuss). Starring the voice of Mel Blanc as Private Snafu (Situation Normal All F-ed Up) these so-called "instructional cartoons" were unusually risque for their time, made for American soldiers in the heat of the battle of a "good war."
